Nkaaba Jude
He is the Executive Director and Chairman Board of Directors of Busano Community Initiative. He oversees all the administration, program and strategic plans of the organization. Jude specialized in development economics and is currently pursuing a law degree.
He has been at the forefront of community campaigns aimed at transforming the lives of the people and exhibited the necessary leadership aimed at empowering people regardless of their race, sex, social and economic backgrounds. His story is an inspiration for hope and light to those in darkness.

Babirye Mary
Mary is a graduate Business administrator and the Deputy Executive Director of Busano Community Initiative. She is a young charismatic woman who has been exceptional in every field of her life to spread love and faith to others.
She has been competent and confident in community service with great emphasis on girl child education campaigns.

Nkaaba Caeser
Caesar is THE Secretary general of Busano Community Initiative. He is a retired secondary teacher who has been a living example to others that seek change and hope in their lives. He has worked and served in portfolios in both private and government institutions. He has spent most of his entire life with youths educating them to be innovative on how to achieve their potential.

Kisoma Brenda
Brenda is the Board advisory of Busano Community Initiative. She holds a bachelors in social work and administration. She has worked with many organizations of international bodies including Red cross Uganda and the Hunger project. She has been very instrumental in fighting for girl-child education. In her capacity, she has pushed BCI and surpassed our expectations with serving God part of her life.

Sebidde Alexander
Alexander is a graduate structural engineer who specialized in building and civil engineering. He is the Head of operations of Busano Community Initiative. He is an industrious man who loves his profession but also set time to get involved in community initiatives for self-sustainability. He has been in the strategic planning and implementation of BVI policies and guided the organization on a number of issues.

Sanyu Evelyn
Evelyn holds a degree in adult education and is the Community Liaison officer of Busano Community Initiative. Her skills and wisdom have been instrumental in strengthening our working relationship both with the communities and local authorities in areas of operation. She remains the link between the organization and the community.

Musiime Charity
Charity is the health officer at BCI. She is a graduate nurse, a married woman with two lovely children where she derives inspiration to lead a healthy life not only for herself but for other families too. She has been involved in many campaigns including distribution of mosquito nets, holding health education talks, promotion of primary health care and volunteering at various organization settings.
